xmas, high heels and Joni Mitchell.

[kinda obsessed with this photo of Joni Mitchell]

Spending the last two days at my parents house there's only one thing I can say 'It's Christmas, bro!'. Hah.. Lazy mornings, tons of sweets, funny moments, a fireplace and a Christmas tree... Well, among these there was also a stupid project for uni but...let's NOT talk about that!
Tomorrow morning I 'll leave for my apartment as long as I have 3 days of lessons at uni left - but I'll come back to spend the holidays here!
Something really crazy happens today, I feel extremely hippie but at the same time I'm craving for high-heeled shoes. I'm not sure yet but I' ll brobably look for some kind of bootie-thing
I also found the plain-black-maxi dress I was looking for ages and a beautiful tunic dress in cream/white with tribal prints caught my eye at H&M on Saturday. Seems like I have to go shopping .Again(!)

She's  a-m-a-z-i-n-g!

Have a nice week! See you soon!

I dreamt of a beatle and a skirt on Abbey Road.

[Further / dreamcatchers]

Hey people. I'm sorry for the absence but I have some issues with the internet connection at my apartment so, it's hard for me to update. I hope it 'll get fixed soon.
So, here are some random facts happened this past week.

> I'm totally into HIPPIE -when it comes to style, well it's my usual 'hippie-sometimes artistic-sometimes more minimal-thing' . Call it 60's (!)
> I found a really beautiful -long and pleated- vintage skirt in my mom's closet - there are treasures in there! It totally matches my self-tie-dyed denim jacket. It works good as a skirt too! Pics coming soon.
> I watched the 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (AGAIN!) and felt weird.
> I love dreamcatchers more than ever.
> I bought beautiful things for my appartment, including a poster of Beatles' - the Abbey Road cover - and a beautiful dreamcatcher.
> I met my beautiful friend Carrie and went shopping together - still craving for minimal maxis and ethnic minis.
> I discovered beautiful places at my new city. Shops, bars, cafes. I look forward to visit them all soon!
>I missed the Nouvelle Vague concert. But it's ok, they 'll come back soon (!)

Off to work on a project for uni. "Tour de France gastronomique" Yummy!
Have a nice weekend!
E.

P.S: Need someone to count the times I wrote 'beautiful' in this post! x)

a poor, lonesome cowgirl.

1. Georgia O'Keeffe's Ram's Head White Hollyhock and Little Hills
2. dress by The Row
3. ankle boot by Givenchy
4. Pamela Love's little masterpieces

I don't know why but I find this look very artistic. It's minimal and kinda tough and I think that it's obvious where the inspiratiom comes from. I really love Georgia O' Keeffe's work. Shocking, enigmatic, but always amazing. I have to look for a maxi black dress - is it correct if I say BBD (big black dress?) and a pair of cowboy-like ankle boots. x E
