ark festival 2011. photo diary [day 1]

Hey people, I just came back from Thessaloniki when I had the time of my life with my best friends and some new friends I met there. We went to the Ark festival where we heard some of my favourite alternative greek bands and artists. We sang, we danced, we LAUGHED, we met friends, we made friends, we drunk, we had so much fun!

     SEX MATHS.

Hey hey people.
I know I really suck at blogging but..well, I do it when I feel it.
Currently, I study as hard as possible for my upcoming exams, I'm trying to fill my spare time after the exams with life.
I hope I 'll manage to go to the 'Toulouse Lautrec' exhibition happening now in my city - I'm really excited about it! I also want to go to a couple of upcoming conserts and theatre plays.

Last night I had a really really great time with friends at our hangout where there was a little concert thing with a guy, his guitar and favourite tunes!

Happy!: I'm planning to start speech training and phonetics lessons to be prepared for my drama school plans. I'm very excited!

electra.

Two days ago, after I met my good friend K. she invited me to go to see 'Electra'. I knew for this performance but I did't manage to go to see it because of lack of time. It is not the traditional ancient greek play but a stage synthesis  based on the myth of Atreides. For me, it was a beautiful performance in general. The atmosphere was really amazing, with beautiful lights & colours on the stage. One of the characters I really liked is Cassandra. The actress who was impersonating her was really talented. Same was Orestes and Chrysothemis.

The only thing I didn't like much was that Electra was over-acting sometimes. The atmosphere was already 'heavy' and I think that her way of actιng had nothing but a bad effect on the performance.

Apart from this, it is a really interesting performance that I recommend you to see if you have the opportunity. Thanks K. for my opportunity!
